We strive for your greatest happiness to maintain a certain level of comfort and a quality of accommodation that you will particularly appreciate, this is also the result of the behavior of everyone in the cottage, in order to continue to satisfy the happiness of the holidaymakers. With us the atmosphere is intended to be bucolic, calm, family and friendly, in joy and good humor and in respect of human values, material and the environment. A value that deserves to be carried for the balance of happiness and serenity... We thank you for your understanding. Respect for silence in the field Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, avoiding excessive noise or any other nuisances, day and night. Thank you for thinking about it. Silence is requested between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m. Respect for the site and the environment: In order to preserve the beauty of the site, please do not throw litter or cigarette butts on the ground. Smoking is prohibited in your gîte; an ashtray is available outside. Please respect the plants and lawns of the estate, using the paths provided for this purpose as much as possible. Selective sorting must be carried out, as we will explain to you upon your arrival. Garbage bags must be properly closed and taken to the containers located in front of the gate on the left. Please do not feed the fish or our dogs, however, they love to be petted...! dogs😉 Use of the parking lot: You can park in the parking lot while respecting the plants and the boundaries without driving on the lawns, please share the space so that everyone can park. Please drive slowly and calmly. Pets: Dogs are not allowed. Capacity / Number of occupants Any person not mentioned in the rental agreement will be systematically refused. It is not possible to change the number of occupants of the gîte. Parking of camper vans and setting up tents is prohibited. In the event of departure of one or more people during the stay, no refund will be made for any reason except in cases of force majeure, recognized as such and certified. Keys: The entrance door of the gîte is equipped with key locks. When leaving the gîte, you are required to close the premises. In the event of non-compliance with this article, you are responsible for all theft, damage and other material damage which will be invoiced. In the event of theft or damage to property belonging to the tenant, you will be required to make your own declaration to your insurance. The owners of the gîte decline all responsibility. Also, duplicate keys will be charged in case of loss. For security reasons, the house is not suitable for young children. Damage Immediately inform the owner of any damage or damage occurring in the rented premises, as well as outside, even if no apparent damage results. In the event of loss or damage to one or more elements of the gite caused by the tenant, the amount of the security deposit will be reduced by the cost of repair or replacement costs upon presentation of supporting documents by the owner and this, within a maximum period of two months. Plancha: For your comfort and your meals, we have equipped your terrace with a plancha, practical, this equipment must be used with care. You will find the necessary equipment next to it for simple maintenance after use. (sponge and product). Energies Please note that we do not charge our guests for water, but only for part of the electricity consumed during your stay (8kw/h per day). Water is life: The water that comes out of the taps is drinkable, very soft and of very good quality, in our region pollution is almost non-existent. The quantity of hot water is sufficient for the cottage, in normal and reasonable use. Reception service: We live on site, we are available in case of problem or on occasion to provide you with the best possible information, please respect our availability and preferably from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please report any appliance malfunction to us. We cannot be held responsible in the event of a breakdown, a lack of energy not resulting from our action, the weather or a malfunction beyond our control. Swimming pool area and its safety rules Please respect the instructions of the shared swimming pool. This activity is authorized from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. according to the following obligations: For your comfort, we take care of the daily maintenance of your swimming pool. The entrance door to the swimming pool must remain constantly closed at each entry and exit from the beach. Following recurring problems unfortunately caused by disrespectful vacationers, we ask you not to dive in any place. (The depth and equipment are unsuitable for this). Also, it is forbidden to play ball and volleyball in the swimming pool. The water level must remain constant, apart from the natural fact of evaporation due to heat. We visit the pool area at any time for daily maintenance and upkeep, to offer you perfect swimming comfort. The cottage in which you are staying is particularly clean upon your arrival. We attach great importance to this service. We have carried out many months of very major work... in order to provide you with a pleasant living environment for your vacation. In order to guarantee the same cleanliness to future occupants, we thank you for taking special care of your cottage and thus helping us to maintain this level of welcome. We thank you for respecting the following instructions: Do not change the location of furniture and objects in the cottage, but also do not remove objects or furniture from the terrace. Do not change the location of the table and barbecue on your terrace.Caution during your absence: Thunderstorms in our region can arrive quickly and are sometimes very violent. We ask that you systematically close, roll up your mosquito nets and close your windows when you are away, even in good weather, but also when the rain arrives and you are present in your cottage, any objects likely to fly away as well as cushions. Household A set of eco-friendly household products is available in the cottage, specially designed for our environmentally friendly sanitation standards. We ask that you do not flush tampons, sanitary towels, wipes, or condoms down the toilet. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi Please read these rules in their entirety before going to the swimming pool and jacuzzi. These rules are intended to ensure your safety, your comfort, the hygiene of all as well as to facilitate the maintenance of the pools and its surroundings. Access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi or its surroundings implies your acceptance of these rules and compliance with them. For your information, the swimming pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.50m deep. A staircase allows easy entry into the pool. The swimming pool is not heated. The jacuzzi has 2 places and is heated to 35°. We ask you to give us your bathing times for the jacuzzi to explain the course and operation of the session. The spa and the swimming pool are not supervised. The swimming pool and spa are accessible at your convenience every day between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated or when the cleaning robot is in service. If you wish to swim or relax outside of these hours, please contact us. The swimming pool and spa are strictly reserved for the occupants of the cottage as well as the owners. Outsiders and those who do not respect these rules are not allowed in the enclosure. Bulky or sharp objects are not allowed in the spa enclosure. Do not leave any objects in the pool and jacuzzi (risk of obstructing the filtration system or the robot!). It is forbidden to introduce any glass object or container into the aquatic enclosure. Avoid applying sunscreen or oil just before swimming. Shower properly before swimming as well as for using the jacuzzi. reminder!!! We will be required to intervene during your stay for mowing, watering flowers, maintenance of the pool and spa. In order to respect your privacy, we will intervene: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. every 2 days. For the jacuzzi we come after each bath to clean it. Our cottage has stairs and other features that make it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. We're sure you understand the importance of these rules, and we thank you for them.
